Yes indeed they are. UKhippies.com went out of business a couple of years ago. Before that, they were part of Hip Forums until some kind of disagreement with S-kip They started their own site and for years it was packed. But the site owner got a hard on for adjusting the software. After a while those efforts wasted money and the site closed. I don't think the proboards site is run by the founder of the former paid site.
