LORD! The Biebs looks so ridiculous I'm laughing. Y'all are being kind to say those boxers are purple...they are just barely lavender. Good grief! LOLOL I don't care how popular it has been to wear your pants below your azz, it looks like common sense should kick in and say WHOA! When you can't walk normally without your pants falling down [to the ground], you should adjust the pants...unless you want to walk in that spraddle-legged way.
Aside from the obvious fact that when worn below the butt crack your pants are going to fall down if you move in a normal way, it looks silly.

Lynn, Sagging or low riding is a form of self-expression, just like the tattoos. The style originated in the penal system because belts were forbidden. They could be used by an inmate to hang himself or the buckle could be fashioned into a weapon. I’m guessing because Justin has been arrested numerous times, he adopted that look. |

Genetically, some women are actually men, which she no doubt found out late in puberty when she realized she was different than most other women. |
