Preparing garlic to make into black garlic... I'm not going to google this...what in the world is black garlic? regular garlic heads are wrapped and heated at a low temp for 30 days in a rice cooker of slow cooker starting a fermentation process that turns the garlic cloved black....it changes the taste to a delicous licorice like sweet taste...it is so good...you can take a whole clove and mush it on a Saltine... ![]() |

I found an interesting movie. It's called Future '38. It's a distorted tale of a guy traveling into the future, to 2018. His reason for going was to retrieve a weapon.
It's basically a comedy and since it's about time travel, the "future" is weird. I'm watching it on that South American channel, Amazon!
What's interesting to me is the slice of history they chose for this. The sets and props are hilarious. It looks like it was shot on 35mm film.
In this one WW2 didn't happen and Hitler has a son named Lamont. Cell phone calls go through an operator. A text message is sent by courier.
