Nasa issues alert for stadium-sized asteroid approaching Earth tomorrowNasa has issued an alert for a stadium-sized asteroid set to make a close approach to Earth on Tuesday. The 2024 ON asteroid measures 290 metres (950 feet) across and will come within 1 million km of Earth, according to the US space agency’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The space rock last made a pass of Earth in 2013, and will make another approach in 2035, according to Nasa’s data. The object was first spotted by Nasa’s Near-Earth Object (NEO) Observations Program, which uses observatories around the world to detect undiscovered NEOs. It is being tracked by the Virtual Telescope Project, which captured the “potentially hazardous” asteroid on 9 September travelling at around 40,000 kilometres per hour.

I keep telling folks on Facebook to stop looking at the game we played last week yes we lost 24-22 and are out of finals now. Perhaps 12 points to the opposition should not have been awarded upon review days later. But we also got bad calls and won a few games to even out us there. That's footy. Stop thinking about the game and think of the season. The season was awesome. Meant to finish last, we finished 5th. Gotta lose em to win em. We'll be a better team for it next season. Not like we were gonna win the grand final anyway so who cares? We did what we wanted to do. We got to the finals for first time in 8yrs.

The Republican governor of Ohio was on the Sunday morning News shows and completely debunked the story about the Haitian immigrants in Springfield Ohio, Not only are the Haitian Immigrants in the state legally, but they’re constantly being praised by their employer’s for being the hardest and most dedicated workers in the state. They’re so happy to be out of Haiti they don’t mind the hard work and toil that many Americans (not you of course) despise. |
