Holy shat Bryan Adams is playing in Munich in two weeks! I bet I can't get tickets now. On the plus side he's also playing in Sydney and February. I wonder if I can do my annual Australia trip around then? Playing Sydney 12th Feb. Anyone in? the canadian bryan adams?....might be one of my sisters tours...she does the special packages...meet and greets etc |

I was at a kegger in Wetumpka Alabama (just try to say that without sounding southern) and went over by a Howitzer (it was a former armory) to roll a joint. My buddies were standing with their back to me and on the other side of the gun is some guy who notices what I'm doing. So he comes around as I fired it up and asks if he can join. I had just returned from Hawaii a month before and still had plenty of Pakalolo (it was in my non-searched checked baggage in a mason jar), so I warned it was strong shiit. He only took 1 hit and held it forever. Then he said it was pretty good and walked off. A girl we didn't know came up and asked what Tommy Shaw was like. None of us recognized him and Styx even performed at Aloha stadium. But then, I was always stoned in Hawaii. I was never starstruck enough to even learn the names of people in bands unless they were played to death on KKUA Honolulu! |

the first final who concert at maple leaf gardens was a big deal..the who had announced they were never going to play again and the show was a sell out....i sold so many tix for that show you wouldnt bekieve it.....
anyway buddy and i go to the show and we are sitting in free seats in the lower press box which was a section smack on the redline aboiut 40ish rows up....perfect view and dad often gave me those seats if it was a sellout...
a young couple sit beside us with the dude between me and his date....i look over and holy shat its catharine ohara...sctv star but obviously went to hollywood for the big bucks....she grew up a few miles from me and was a few years older so i never knew her but bro in law did
we are loaded up with hash so i ask dude ''would you 2 like to smoke a doobie''...he immediately says no thanks but i notice she wanted to know what i said....next thing she tugs on my sleeve and makes the international toking symbol to her lips band is nodding yes yes yes
she stands up and makes buddy switch seats.... we got her pretty stoned and she signed autographs fpor us at the end of the show
to my buddy -yes i'm a whore and i want to bear your children
to me-dear xxxxx my beautiful man thanks for the party at the who .....lost that autograph in the fire and been hoping i run into her again ever since

Before I was assigned a ship I had to complete apprenticeship training at Treasure Island in San Francisco. By this time Disco was totally over, but Punk was off the chain all over the Bay area. One downtown club, the Fab Mab, had an open mic night with house gear (drums, guitar, bass and an organ of all things). We still had our chemo hairstyle from boot camp, so we fit in. Some people were playing when we arrived, but not very well. When they took a break the DJ ran a tape and I got my little baggie of crystal meth out and cleared the formica table. I was using a Joker card to make lines for everybody, we were sitting in a corner that was nice and dark. I'm about to twirl a dollar and a guy walks to the stage and looks at the instruments. One of my buddies said something like "that looks like jo9odsnf" I'm like "Who? And then another guys goes up there and my shipmate says "that looks like Stewart mosiu8dxl". I'm about to say "Who?" again when he says "That's Sting" and he looks at me and says "The Police are here". My high school reflexes kicked in and I raise my arm to scatter the powder. He stops me just in time and says it's the band, The Police. When I finally recovered from the shock they were starting to play. I snorted my lines to Roxanne, a song I recognized at long last. They sang Doo Doo Doo and then a song that I don't remember. Several weeks later I'm in the same chair as The Plasmatics take the stage. Wendy-O was wearing only boots and shaving cream!  |

i have a family of pakistanis that show up for eggs evry so often...they just came...very traditional men in the froint women in the back in traditional garb....they wanted 5 dozen but i only had 2 on hand....nicest customers i have...always overpay...i askd for 10 they gave me 15 and want more friday...this time they asked if they could bring me some pakistani food and what is my spice tolerance

my arthritis is from broken bone repairs and apparatus and fusions....i have a feeling some pakistani food will do more to my system than help the arthritis haha....
this is for seinfeld fans....when buddy asked me if i ever ate pakistani food i told him my entire exposure to pakistani food comes from a seinfeld episode and he started laughing and held up his hand and wagged his finger like on the episode ...he knew exactly what i was talking about

I see a lot of the sort of BS that we agreed over on TF would not be happening in the Stoner's Lounge. We should consider the same rule here. It's not to say that everyone should stop discussions, but unending back and forth stuff belongs in one of the 3 other boards where continuous feuds are expected.
Seriously, this Hatfield/McCoy s h i t gets O L D, quickly. We need at least one place that stays cool and doesn't turn to daytime drama after 3 days off meds. IJS
