I think this one is a must-see. It's a comedy, but in the most unique way. LA Story is one of Steve Martin's great works. He really mocks LA mercilessly!

I just watched Birdman or (The Virtue of Ignorance) and it was fantastic. I think Edward Norton is a great actor. I didn't know the other guy but he was great too. And Emma Thompson. The feeling I get over films that good! I get so revved up and inspired. Nothing makes me want to write more than an excellent, clever film. Reading a brilliant book makes me want to go and LIVE and watching a brilliant film makes me want to write. Like it's so so so exciting to me! the way a character is shot or acted, tiny details that have massive impact.. when it's REAL, like listening to real people speak, and they say things that don't sound perfect or they talk over each other.

The Frogmen
Underwater demolitions in the Pacific. Classic WW2 stuff, but colorized by an AI that was emulating a crackhead.

Remember The Titans
Suburban Virginia schools have been segregated for generations. One Black and one White high school are closed and the students sent to T.C. Williams High School under federal mandate to integrate. The year is seen through the eyes of the football team where the man hired to coach the Black school is made head coach over the highly successful white coach. ww16.0123movie.net/movie/remember-the-titans-4647.html

I wish this was better quality. It's The Birdmen, a WW2 story about escaping from a POW camp using a glider! ok.ru/video/1961544714879

This one (Walden) actually launched my blood pressure a couple of times. It ended too soon as I see it.

Yet another destined to be classic: The Chronicles of Riddick Agreed, I love that movie The Chronicles of Riddick (2004) I saw it twice at the movie theatre and at least a half dozen times over the past 20 years. Crematoria triple-max prison: -295º F on the night side and 702º F on the day side.
